We know what it takes to (re)build financial independence
And we’re here to help every woman reclaim her power and take control of her financial future

Hi! I’m Shaye Thyer.
Your success-without-the-burnout wing-woman.
I’m a holistic business advisor, Fellow Chartered Accountant, and mum to two incredible girls.
With 20+ years of experience, I’ve helped countless women transform their businesses into saleable assets - using strategic systems, cutting-edge technology, and deep empathy for what it means to be a woman business owner today.
But this work? It’s personal.
At 30, I started from financial square one. I walked away from domestic violence, giving up everything to keep my daughters and myself safe. I’ve seen firsthand how even the most capable, resourceful women can lose their financial independence - I’ve also lived this.
I was lucky. My family gave me the safety net to rebuild, but I know that many women don’t have this option.
Financial independence for women isn’t optional.
It’s mission-critical.
It’s not just about wealth; it’s about choice:
The choice to leave.
The choice to rebuild.
The choice to protect yourself and your family.
I founded Pallas so that no woman needs to be without choice, especially as financial insecurity is the number one reason women return to violent partners¹.
Together, we’ll turn your business into a thriving asset that creates choice, freedom and power.
I am a cycle breaker.

When women have money, we have choice
Even the most capable woman can fall victim to circumstance
Domestic violence doesn’t discriminate. It affects women of every background, income level, and education.
Here’s the reality:
Two in five women return to an abusive relationship because they lack the financial means to leave.⁴
When women out-earn their male partners, the incidence of domestic violence jumps by around 33%.³
Every 7-9s day on average in Australia, one woman is murdered by a current or former partner.²
Financial independence isn’t about expecting the worst - it’s about preparing for anything the future thows at you. It’s about ensuring you have choices, no matter what.
At Pallas, we believe achieving financial independence isn’t a privilege. It’s a right.

Business Can Be Part Of The Solution
We know the odds are stacked against women:
-
Women spend 30 hours a week on unpaid domestic labour - double what most men do.
-
The motherhood penalty leads to lost opportunities and lower earnings - an average of $2 million in lifetime earnings.⁵
-
Women-led businesses generate double the revenue per dollar invested, yet receive a fraction of the funding. In Australia, just 0.7% of venture capital goes to women-led startups.⁶
-
Add to this, the mental load for female founders? This is often the tipping point the moves us from coping to overwhem to exhausted, and barely holding on.
But this isn’t just a story of barriers - it’s one of untapped potential.
When women achieve financial independence, they create ripple effects of opportunity, safety, and equity that transform families, communities, and futures.
Every dollar earned by a woman circulates back into her community at nearly twice the rate of men’s earnings⁷.
That’s where Pallas comes in.
We help you transform your business into a thriving, scalable, sellable asset. Because a business that works for you - not the other way around - is the ultimate foundation for freedom.
